Exterior Painting Project
At a church
business meeting on October 31, 2010, the congregation
voted unanimously to enter into a contract with Lifetyme
Exteriors to paint and repair the exterior of the church
for an amount not to exceed $60,000. Of that total, $20,000
comes from the 2010 general fund surplus. The rest will
come from a capital campaign to raise $40,000 over three
years, beginning in April 2011.
Using environmentally friendly paint designed to withstand
the challenges of New England weather, the company offers
a 25-year warranty. When we have finished pay-ing for the
job in 2014, the exterior will retain its luster for at
least 22 more years!.
